HUMAN RESOURCES AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE TRAINING

Employment discrimination, sexual harassment, and conflicts of interest training often make the human resources department the epicenter for compliance training in the company.  The fact that HR is already a repository for personnel files makes them the logical choice of tracking training requirements and implementing programs.
